Hey, I am looking for a long-term flat in Berlin for myself. I currently work as a freelance teacher, but switching my job in mid of May for a data analyst position. I am available to move in from the end of May and later.
I love clean spaces and always take care of my place. I do not like to hold parties at my place. I am looking for a space with much light and preferably a balcony. I work from home and in free time I do dancing or piano classes (at home I have just an electronic piano, so no noise).
