Hallo,
my name is Colin Costello and I am English. I am 58, mature and responsible. I am a landlord myself so I know how to look after a flat.
I am looking for simple accommodation for 2 months, from 6th March until 30th April, 2013. I will consider any area in Berlin as I work mainly from home. Also, I will consider any let of at least 3 weeks.
I do not smoke nor will share with anyone who does.
I am learning German and I am at intermediate level.
