Wohnung in Neukölln oder Kreuzberg

Ich suche eine Wohnung in Neukölln oder Kreuzberg. (Treptow, Friedrichshain oder Tempelhof rund ist vielleicht auch okay) Ich bin ein Software-Entwickler (34 Jahre alt, weiblich) aus den USA. Ich wohne in Berlin für ein Jahr bereits. Ich bin auf jeden Fall bleiben in Berlin bis Dezember oder Januar und möglicherweise länger. Mein Mietvertrag ende im Juni deshalb ich muss finden ein andere Wohnung. (1 oder 2 Zimmer) Zur Zeit lebe ich in Neukölln, wie die Gegend und es vorziehen, in der gleichen Gegend. Ich brauche eine möblierte Wohnung oder am Minimum ein Bett, Tisch, Bad und Küche. Normalerweise bin ich mit der Arbeit beschäftigt, ruhig, sauber, zuverlässig, und kann zuverlässig Miete zahlen. Ich spreche Englisch auch kann spreche (und lerne) ein bisschen Deutsch.

I'm looking for an apartment in Neukölln or Kreuzberg. (Treptow, Friedrichshain or around Tempelhof is possibly okay too) I am a software developer (34 years old, female) from the United States. I have lived in Berlin for more than a year already. I'm definitely stay in Berlin until end of December or January and possibly longer. My current apartment lease is until end of June so I have to find a new apartment (1 or 2 rooms) at end of June. I currently live in Neukölln, like the neighborhood and prefer to stay in the same area though another neighborhood can be okay. I need a furnished apartment, or at minimum a bed, table, bath and kitchen. I'm usually busy with my job, quiet, clean, reliable, and can reliably pay rent. I speak English and can speak (and learning) a little German.
