Young professional looking for a 1- or 1.5-room apartment

Hi,

I am looking for a single or 1.5 apartment in either of the following parts of Berlin - Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Neukolln. Can be both furnished and unfurnished, the only necessity is an equipped kitchen (cooker, shelves, ...) and bathroom. I am looking for a longer term rental (1 year+).

I am 25, working as a product manager. Non-smoker, single, originally coming from the Czech Republic, but I have lived in Holland and South Korea for the bigger portion of the last few years. I spent a lot of time in the office, and my free time I like to do some sports (running, bike, golf), go out with friends, cook, or just read a book.

My budget is approx. 550EUR warm with some manipulation space around...
