Artist sucht Studio Flat

:) Im freischaffender Fotograf / Siebdrucker, die in Berlin für etwa 1 Jahr hat ein-und ausschalten gelebt haben und gewachsen, die Stadt zu lieben. Ich bin für eine Einzimmerwohnung in etwa 4-6 Monate (ein paar Monate mehr ist in Ordnung) im Bereich Kreuzberg ersten Blick ... und dann Neukölln und Friedrichschain Sekunde. Ich suche eine Wohnung ... es muss nicht sehr groß zu sein ... nur mit Grundausstattung (Küche, Bad, Raum zum Leben). Weil ich für etwa 4-6 Monate nach bin, denke ich wird es eine Art von Untervermietung Situation anstelle eines Vertrages sein ... obwohl ich gerne Zulieferungen oder etwas ähnliches überlegen bin.

Im ziemlich entspannt und verantwortlich, und ich bin glücklich, Referenzen aus vergangenen Vermieter und Mitbewohner stellen und bin glücklich, alle anderen questiions beantworten! Ich freue mich auf Ihre Antwort.

:) Im a freelance photographer/screenprinter that has lived in Berlin for about 1 year on and off and have grown to love the city. I am looking for a studio flat in for about 4-6 months (a couple more or less months is fine) in the Kreuzberg area first ... and then Neukolln and Friedrichschain second. I seek a studio flat ... it does not have to be very big ... just with basic amenities (kitchen, shower, space for living). Because I'm looking for about 4-6 months, I imagine it will be some type of sublet situation instead of a contract one ... though I'm happy to consider subcontracts or something similar.

Im quite relaxed and responsible, and am happy to provide references from past landlords and flatmates and am happy to answer any other questiions! I look forward to your reply.
