Small Apartment Wanted - Prenzlauer Berg / Mitte / Charlottenburg

Hello, I am Pawel (27) and I am looking for a small apartment in Prenzlauer Berg / Mitte / Charlottenburg / Wittenbergplatz area.

I am interested in long term rent.

I live a very busy lifestyle and I am either working or I am not in Berlin / traveling.

I like calm and relaxed atmosphere. I am well organized and I keep clean. I spend most of my time working, reading, being in front of the computer or outside. I do not smoke and I rarely drink.
