Hi all,
I would like to rent my cozy studio for ONE YEAR (Oct. 1st 2014 till Sep. 30th 2015) for the price of 300 Euro (everything included) and 600 Euro deposit. The flat is in a very nice and quiet building and is located a few stairs below the ground floor with windows in 2 different directions.
It is ideal for one person or a couple who are Quiet and Clean, and make NO parties. The flat is furnished and placed in a very nice, quiet and green area of south of Berlin in “Lichterfelde Ost”.
It has a very good transportation connection to the whole city; Only 10 min. by bus to Freie Universität Berlin and 11 min. from Lichterfelde Ost Bhf to Berlin Hauptbahnhof by regional Bahn. ALDI supermarket and Rossmann are only in 6 min. walking distance.
Facilities:
Kitchen, oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, shower, common washing machine, a single bed (enough space to add another one), sate light TV, piano (in good condition), and bicycle garage.
