€500 (bills included) Male professional photographer looks for 1 room flat from June

Hi there,

My name is Gui (it pronounces as in Guitar), I'm originally from Brazil and moved to Berlin last September, after having lived in New York and London for four years.

I came to this city to work as a professional photographer. (my professional website is www.guirebelo.com) I have a post-graduation degree in Architecture and Urbanism and studied photography in New York.

I've just got back from a month in Brazil and now I'm looking for a 1 bedroom flat ideally for long term.
Preferably, I'm looking for a furnished place.

I'm a friendly person, very tidy, so I'll keep the flat super clean and in order; quiet and respectful of other people's privacy, so I won't be playing loud music bothering the neighbours.
I'm an avid reader and am spend most of my free time reading. I also play the guitar (although I'm a bit rusty these days) and draw.
