Looking for flat to work on Berlin

My name is David, i'm 24 years old and I'm from Spain, Gran Canaria.

I'm a higher technician in web and software development and i've been working in Berlin for almost a year in a social start up called One Week Experience. I dont like parties and i dont smoke. I love cooking, playing videogames and watching shows, animes and movies.

After sharing a flat for more than half a year, i decided to get my own flat for a long term duration because i like to have my private space and during this year my girlfriend will move in with me to work here in Berlin. I'm open to visits whenever is convenient for you.

Schufa (jetzt beantragen) will be provided and I will need the tenancy contract (or the approvation from the owner in case of a sublet) for Anmeldung purposes.
