My name is Derek, I´m a young graphical design student moved from Argentina. Right now I currently reside in Kreuzberg in a WG but I wish to move out on my own. I´m working for a software company here in Berlin with a steady income. I´m looking for a permanent home which I can move into and not worry anymore, so I would need it to be at least longer than a year. An unlimited contract would of course be ideal.
I would also like to note I am an EU citizen, I have all the correct documentation including a positive SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) and everything requiered to rent. I would be moving in alone.
