German Australian webdev teacher looking for an apartment (around 6 months - unlimited)

Hallo, mein Name ist Jenna (32), ich suche eine Wohnung für etwa 6 Monate, gerne aber auch unbefristet. Beim Wohnort bin ich flexibel, obwohl ich hauptsächlich in Kreuzberg/Alt-Treptow/Neukölln unterwegs bin und in Lichtenberg arbeite. Anmeldung erforderlich. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und spreche Deutsch/Englisch. Budget bis zu etwa 600€.

Über mich:

Ich bin studentische Mentorin/Lehrerin an einer Hochschule für Erwachsenenbildung, die Geflüchteten/Arbeitslosen eine Ausbildung in Web-Entwicklung anbietet. Im Grunde genommen lerne ich Dinge und helfe Menschen, Dinge zu lernen, und das ist großartig.

Ich bin Australierin/Deutsche, was für uns alle ständig verwirrend ist. Ich finde nicht, dass Paprika scharf ist, aber ich kann Schlesische Straße aussprechen und euch sagen, was Fischers Fritz so treibt. Meine Freundin sagt, dass mein australischer Akzent klingt, als würde er Cargo-Shorts tragen, und eine Freundin sagte, dass es "viel zu googeln" bedeutet, mit mir befreundet zu sein (ich habe sie nur gefragt "wanna hang out this arvo"?).

Ich arbeite von Montag bis Donnerstag (12-20Uhr) in Lichtenberg auf dem (derzeit größtenteils leeren) Campus. Hauptsächlich bin ich auf der Suche nach einem entspannten Ort, an dem ich kochen und mich dann nach der Arbeit unter der Woche zurückziehen kann.

Nettoeinkommen ~ 1800€ pro Monat.
Schufa (jetzt beantragen) -Auskunft, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung und Einkommensnachweis vorhanden :-)

About me:

I am a student mentor/teacher at a adult teaching college, which offers training to refugees/unemployed people in web development. Basically I get to learn things and help people learn things and it is the best thing.

I am Australian/German, which is constantly confusing for all of us. I do not think paprika is spicy but I can pronounce Schlesische Straße and tell you what Fisher's Fritz gets up to (spoiler alert: he likes to fish fresh fish). My girlfriend says my Australian accent sounds like it wears cargo shorts and one friend said being friends with me involves "a lot of googling" (all I asked is if she wanted "to hang out this arvo"!)

I work Monday through to Thursday (12-20Uhr) in Lichtenberg on (the currently mostly empty) campus. I'm mostly looking for a relaxed place to cook and then curl up in after work through the week.

My monthly income after tax is 1800€, and I have my Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , *inhales* Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung and proof of income at the ready should they be required.
