Looking for a long term room / apartment for two.

My name is Juan and I'm interested in your announcement for the apartment.
Currently I am looking for a place to live with my wife Agustina. I am a 31-years-old photographer, cylclist who works on logistic. Agustina is a 28-years-old-multimedia artist working on her thesis, so we need a place to study and practice.
We are a french-argentinian-couple who arrived here a month ago. Our relationship is quite and armonic and we like to have fun and learn together. For us cleaning and tiding is very important, as well respecting each other's spaces and times, but also we like to share having a conversation or cooking something for our flatmates (if there be).
We have to do the anmeldung because we have concrete job offers but we are waiting to have the anmeldung so we can sign the contract.
