I'm Evelyn, 30 yo Non-Binary looking for a contract apartment here in Berlin. I am full time employed as a sales and marketing consultant.

I pass my current sublet back to the contract owner, and can move flexibly between now and Aug 15.

As an individual, I'm sensitive and introverted. I have processed a lot of trauma in the past two years, making a mountain of progress. I also have some attention issues, and as such I cannot be in a busy or untidy WG, I need peace and minimalism. I have to live in an uncluttered environment, without loud noise or busyness.

For these reasons, I look to live alone. The home for me is a place to relax, read, unwind, write and work on my creative projects, occasionally have a friend for tea in the afternoon or cook dinners. It is also my home office, as I work with my clients remotely.
