Small single apartment required near the university (PhD Student)

I am a PhD student at Bielefeld University. I will be moving to Bielefeld on 25th of September and am looking for a nice place to stay. If 25th September is not possible I can also move in from 1st of October. I cannot speak German (yet) so it would be great if the landlord/landlady knows English.

Following are my priorities/requirements from the place:
1. Close to the university or if it's far (not more than 7-8 km) then close by bus/tram stop which takes me directly to the Bielefeld University is preferable.
2. A good internet connection (preferably already existing but if not then possibility of easily installing it).
3. Furnished apartment preferred (importantly kitchen and bathroom should be furnished). If it's not furnished then it would be great if you could help me furnish it before I arrive there from India.
4. Other facilities such as washing machine, dryer, nearby grocery stores etc. would be a great bonus.
5. Since I am currently in India, I would prefer to see at least a few recent photos of the place to help me decide better.

About me: I am a young (24 years old) Indian male PhD student looking for a cozy space for my stay in Bielefeld. I do not smoke or have any pets. I am a quiet kind of a guy and would prefer a quiet, pleasant, well lit place. It would be really helpful for the place to be close or easily connected to the Bielefeld University.
