Hi! I am sub-renting out my cozy home for the next three months with possibility to take over the contract afterwards fully. Its a spacious one room studio flat with a balcony that looks over the roofs of Bonn. The Rhein is 10 min by foot, public transport (Rosental) and supermarket 1 min. from the place. Its located directly next to the nice Altstadt of Bonn.
The apartment is fully furnished with love and you can use everything ( i.e. kitchen equipment). There is one bigger room with a Couch and a comfy bed. This lead to the kitchen with a table and the Balcony door. In the hallway, I have a home office space a little separated which is great for a good stuy in daylight. The bathroom is small but has a bathtup and storage.
I am looking for someone who wants to feel like home and take care of a place that feels comfy and cozy🌞
