Important: The apartment can only be rented for the ENTIRE period. The apartment is not suitable for shared accommodation.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (incl. towels, bedding, kitchen stuff) - so you can move in without any effort. The apartment has a great layout: an inviting living room with a large panoramic window, a cozy sleeping area with a 1.40m bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The separate bathroom has been completely renovated. A large sunny balcony with a great view (even of palm trees!). TV, e-piano, cupboard - everything is there. A washing machine for all tenants is available in the cellar and can be used for a small fee after consultation with the landlady. There are plenty of parking spaces in the streets.
Costs for internet (50Mbit/s) and electricity are included in the rent.
My nice landlady and a total of four working tenants live in the house. That's why I'm looking for a reliable, quiet person who is careful with the apartment and furnishings.

Bonn-Beuel is the "sunny side of Bonn" - you can walk for miles in the sunshine along the Rhine, have a cold drink in a close by beer garden (10 minutes on foot), or enjoy a pizza in the Canale Grande (5 minutes on foot). You can be in Bonn city center in 10 minutes by bike, the bus stop to Bonn city center is 100m from the front door, the nearest streetcar at Konrad-Adenauer-Platz is a 10-minute walk away. There you will also find a perfect infrastructure, supermarkets, a great movie theater, doctors, good restaurants, nice cafés, etc.
I'll take the deposit because I've unfortunately already "got back" major damage when subletting. You need a liability insurance for damage caused by yourself.
You don't have a cellar here, there are only a few small niches in the apartment for storing luggage.
The period of subletting is not negotiable.
