Schnurlostelefon, Handy etc. Alle Räume haben Internet-Anschluss via LAN-Kabel und die
Möglichkeit ein Festnetz-Telefon anzumelden. Für die Nutzung z.B. von WhatsApp können Handys aber mittels LAN-Adapter ans LAN-Kabel angeschlossen werden. Innerhalb des Hauses gibt es ein 24/7 Handy-Telefonierverbot.

Bei uns im Haus wird ab Mai eine kleine Wohnung (24qm) im Souterrain frei: 18 qm Raum mit Laminat-Boden, Flur und kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche. Teilmöbliert mit kleiner Teeküche. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit zu kochen. Daher ist diese Wohnung NICHT FÜR DAUERMIETER geeignet, sondern nur für jemanden, der/die eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht für 2 bis 4 Tage die Woche. Auf Wunsch können wir weitere Möbel (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Esstisch, etc.) zur Verfügung stellen. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für Pendler*innen, die eine gelegentliche Übernachtung suchen oder eignet sich auch als Büro, Werkstatt, Lager etc. Auf Wunsch kann die Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine gegen geringen Aufpreis mitgenutzt werden.
Internet (auch WhatsApp) gibt`s via LAN-Kabel. Zum Telefonieren steht ein Festnetz-Anschluss zur Verfügung.
Ein eigener Auto-Stellplatz gehört nicht zur Wohnung, jedoch gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze.
In der Nebenkostenvorauszahlung von 85 Euro sind Kosten für Internet, Heizung, Wasser, ggfs. Waschmaschine, Reinigung Hausflur etc. enthalten. Strom musst du selber anmelden.
Zu vermieten ab: 1. Mai 2024 oder später.

Kaltmiete: 120 EUR / Monat
Nebenkosten incl. Heizung: ca. 85 EUR / Monat
Kaution: 240 EUR

In our house a small apartment (24sqm) in the basement will be available from May 18sqm room with laminate floor, hallway and small bathroom with toilet and shower. Partly furnished with small kitchenette. There is no possibility to cook. Therefore, this apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR PERMANENT RENTERS, but only for someone who is looking for a place to stay for 2 to 4 days a week.. On request we can provide additional furniture (desk, wardrobe, dining table, etc.). The apartment is suitable for commuters looking for an occasional overnight stay or is also suitable as an office, workshop, warehouse, etc. If desired, the communal washing machine can be shared for a small extra charge.
Internet (also WhatsApp) is available via LAN cable. For telephoning a landline connection is available.
A parking space does not belong to the apartment, but there are enough parking spaces.
In the service charge prepayment of 85 euros are costs for internet, heating, water, if necessary washing machine, cleaning hallway, etc. included. Electricity you have to register yourself.
