If you’re a bachelor or master student and looking for an accommodation, I’m ready to sublet you an apartment at Rheinbacher Str. for a long term.
You will live in a nice furnished 28 sq/m apartment with own bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Moreover, there is a nice neighborhood with a lot of supermarkets next to (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi) and Botanical Garden to walk.
Nearest bus stations are Verdistraße, Karlstraße and Kaufmannstraße, so you can reach Hauptbahnhof and city center in max. 10 minutes by public transport or 20-25 minutes by walking.
The warm rent is 510€ (electricity and heating are included). If you want it’s also possible to re-register an Unitymedia contract on your name. You will be also supported by the company, which is responsible for this apartment.
