Wohnung zur Untervermietung and Student*in/Praktikant*in in Bonn Poppelsdorf || Apartment in Bonn Poppelsdorf for rent (february - end of may) to student/people doing internship

Ich möchte meine kleine Wohnung im Zeitraum meines Auslandssemesters untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Im Flur befindet sich Kleiderschrank und ein kleines Regal. In der Küche sind die Basics vorhanden, einen Ofen/Mikrowelle gibt es leider nicht. Im (sehr) kleinen Bad gibt es eine Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine und/oder Trocknet gibt es leider nicht. Der nächste Waschsaloon ist jedoch nicht weit entfernt.

Anzumerken ist noch, dass die Wohnung wirklich schlecht isoliert ist und es während des Winters deshalb recht kalt in der Wohnung ist.

Die Wohnung wird auch nur an Nichtraucher*innen vermietet!

I would like to rent out my small apartment during my semester abroad. The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need. In the small hallway there is a closet and a shelf for storage. In the kitchen the basics are available, unfortunately there is no oven/microwave. In the (very) small bathroom there is a toilet, sink and shower. A washing machine and/or dryer is unfortunately not available. However, the nearest laundromat is not far away.

It should be noted that the apartment is really poorly insulated and it may be therefore quite cold the winter.
The apartment will also only be rented to non-smokers.
