Willkommen im Schlösschen!
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement mit geteiltem Bad.
Im Schlösschen befinden sich insgesamt 12 dieser Zimmer, die hauptsächlich von Student*innen bewohnt werden. Man kann hier etwas WG-Leben leben, wenn man möchte, wenn nicht, dann nicht. Aber alle sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit und freuen sich über einen Plausch im Flur oder eine gemeinsame Unternehmung. Gemeinschaftsräume gibt es nicht.
Im Haus befindet sich außerdem ein Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, die umsonst von allen genutzt werden können.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Spülbecken und Spülmaschine. Alles was eine Küche sonst noch braucht, wird auch da sein. Ausserdem gibt es ein separates Waschbecken. Das Highlight ist definitiv der kleine Balkon, der zur Straße raus geht und im typischen Gründerzeit-Stil mit der Fassade des Altbaus glänzt.
Die 4m hohen Decken, die großen Fenstertüren und der Balkon lassen zusätzlich ihre Magie wirken, sodass das Zimmer für seine 22qm sehr groß wirkt.

The flat is actually a 1-room flat with a shared bathroom.
There are a total of 12 of these rooms in the Schlösschen, which are mainly occupied by students. You can live a bit of a flat-sharing life here if you want to, if not, then not. But everyone is very friendly and helpful and happy to chat in the hallway or do something together. There are no common rooms.
There is also a laundry room in the house with a washing machine and dryer that everyone can use for free.
The flat has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, cooker and oven, sink and dishwasher. Everything else a kitchen needs will also be there. There is also a separate sink. The highlight is definitely the small balcony, which faces the street and shines in the typical Wilhelminian style with the façade of the old building.
The 4m high ceilings, the large French doors and the balcony also work their magic, making the room seem very large for its 22sqm.
