Looking for a flat or single room flat in Bonn. I am a 24 year old student from South Africa and I will be working as an intern for the UNEP/CMS Secretariat. I am very responsible and will look after your property very well. I am currently in South Africa and I would like accommodation finalised before I arrive in Bonn on the 7th of April.
Requirements:
- Furnished
- Clean
- Good security
- Water and electricity
- Internet (desirable but not a definite)
- Walking distance to public transport
- Walking distance to some stores/shops
* I have said Balcony is preferred, but this are not a requirement.
I will need the property for 5 months from April 2015.
