Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sudanese engineer. I have an offer to study the MSc in Electrical Power Engineering program in the UT Darmstadt I expected to arrive in September for the German language
intensive course.
I would like to rent a room in your residences, then if you have
available rooms I need a document showing that accommodation has already arranged to submit it to German embassy here in Khartoum in order to apply for the visa.
Unfortunately, I am late in applying for accommodation and I have heard that it is very difficult to get room in Darmstadt.
I am running out of time to apply for the visa so many thanks for your time and consideration.
