Ich bin Litto P Joseph und ein 23-jähriger Student aus Indien, der sich auf ein aufregendes akademisches Abenteuer freut. Ab dem 27. Oktober absolviere ich meinen Master in Aviation and Logistics an der TU Dresden und ich könnte nicht aufgeregter sein. Während ich mich auf diese Reise vorbereite, suche ich nach einem besonderen Ort, den ich während meines Studiums mein Zuhause nennen kann. Was ich suche, ist eine gemütliche, komplett möblierte Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung, die genau meinen Bedürfnissen entspricht. Eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Badezimmer sind für mich von entscheidender Bedeutung, um ein komfortables und komfortables Wohnen zu gewährleisten. Was mein Budget betrifft, möchte ich meine monatliche Miete auf maximal 350€ begrenzen. Ich glaube, das ist ein angemessener Betrag, der es mir ermöglichen sollte, einen warmen und einladenden Raum zu finden, in dem ich mich auf mein Studium konzentrieren kann. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist für mich die Nähe zur TU Dresden. Die Nähe zum Campus erspart mir nicht nur Zeit beim Pendeln, sondern ermöglicht mir auch, voll in das Universitätsleben eingebunden zu sein. Ich schätze eine ruhige Umgebung, die ein konzentriertes Lernen ermöglicht, und freue mich darauf, in die lebendige Dresdner Kultur einzutauchen.
