Searching: Student Flat or Room Share

Hello,

I will be moving to Germany to study on November and I'm searching for a place to stay. I'd prefer to have my own studio that is furnished. My budget for a flat is up to 400€ including all necessities.

For a room, my budget is up to 350€ max including all necessities. I'd prefer living in an all-female house or majority female housemates. I also don't smoke and hate it very much. I'd like to be in a big room, probably at least 20sqm, and furnished at least with a bed and desk.

I prefer a location that is near the Hbf as my university is an hour away by bus. I prefer to live in Duisburg because it is closer to Dusseldorf. I don't mind living in Moers as well, so if you know a place in Moers, please let me know.
