Master's Student looking for housing

Hi! I have moved to Erlangen from the United States to begin a Master's program in Paleobiology. I am a responsible adult student and previous home owner who would take very good care of your property. I am looking for a single apartment. A 2 year lease would be ideal, but I am willing to accept shorter. I would like my own bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette is ideal. Access to laundry machines would be great. A location that is within 2km of FAU is also preferable. Having a balcony is a plus! I am willing to accept furnished or unfurnished housing. Internet access is a must. I have a good credit score and will be able to pay rent reliably. Rent between 300 and 600€ is ideal. If there is any other information I can provide you with, please let me know!
