1-ZIMMER WOHNUNG

Ich suche eine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es muss eine Küche und ein Badezimmer haben. Mein Budget beträgt 600 Euro. Ich werde im September / Oktober einziehen. Ich bin ein 25-jähriger Doktorand in Erlangen und habe ein stabiles Gehalt.

Now some information about me (in English):
My name is Riccardo, I’m a 25 years old Italian who moved to Erlangen last October to do his PhD at the Institute of Virology. I am looking for an apartment to move into from this September/October. I like spending my spare time with my friends, a good book (mostly philosophy and narrative), and doing lots of sports. I really enjoy experimenting and learning new skills, in the last couple of years I started boxing, fencing, learnt about finance, and got my SCUBA diving license. As far as time and money permit goes, I am crazy about hiking and travelling. I have been in Bavaria before and I was absolutely stunned by it, with its mountains and forests it is exactly the kind of place that I like to visit. As you might have guessed my German is not that good yet, but I am currently attending classes to get better. If you have any questions, just let me know!
