It´s a Spanish researcher (in the field of Economics), male 28 years old, quiet, clean, friendly, open-minded and non-smoker, looking for a flatshare/studio to rent, as close as possible to Zeppelin Universität as I will be working in a research-project based in this University.
Unfortunately I do not speak German very well, but I get by in English, French (lived in France and England for a while) ,and of course, Spanish language (my mother tongue).
Concerning dates, I would like to rent a cosy room/studio for a period of 6 months (from 15 th March to 13 September 2013, approximately).
