I am subletting my 31m2 studio apartment (1 room, kitchen,washroom) located in Freisinger Landstrasse 47 (SLC), Garching from 31 July to 31 August in 750 Euro including electricity. A deposit of 600 Euro and the apartment fee can be paid on the first day of moving into to the apartment. The deposite will be returned on the last day.
No KVR or registration possible (even not required for one month only). Suitable for one or two people. Rent will be same even if you are sharing the apartment with another person (no extra charge for the another person).
