Post Graduate student looking for an apartment that is accessible from PFH Private University of Applied Sciences

I am a 30 year old male from India with 7 years of experience as an IT professional. I am currently pursuing my Post Graduation studies at PFH Private University of Applied Sciences. I am a teetotaller and non-smoker who prefers to spend time on studies, reading books and going for short walks. I am a vegetarian who values privacy and tranquility.

I am enrolled for the upcoming Winter Semester 2023 and I will be travelling to Göttingen on the 1st of October. I am currently learning German at A1 level and aim to progress to B1 by this time next year. I have working level knowledge of English and Hindi, and rudimentary knowledge of Tamil and Japanese.

As a former working professional, I understand and agree with the importance and necessity of a clean and quiet space for unwinding after a long day of work. I strive to follow the local rules and customs the dwelling and will ensure to maintain the residence to a high standard as set forth by the landlord or the neighbours.
