1 room flat - furnished- wanted for 6-9 months

I am a traveling langauge coach and would love to continue learning German while teaching other langauges and training teachers. I have great references and good income plus savings while on travel. I love Heidelberg, I spent there about 5 weeks in summer 2021 learning German and about the culture. I provide serviecs to educational systems and institutes.

I am clean and reaponsible. No big parties. I like to leave the space where I live in a better state (or so was told a few times). I have a very sweet cat (1 year old, snowshoe, so sheds less and very friendly). I wil need an Anmeldung for my longer stay to apply for residenncy. I will need to apply within 14 days of my arrival which is around July 14th.
