Hello,
My girlfriend (31) and me (26) are looking for an apartment of 1 or 2 rooms in Heidelberg. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. I am a computer researcher working in an international company, while I am doing my PhD. We will be in Heidelberg for some years, so we are looking for a long-term apartment.
She studied administration and finances, and she is currently learning German trying to find a job here. In the meanwhile is working as a babysitter.
The flat we are looking for should have more than 40 sqm, and costs including heating and electricity should not be more than 600€.
Preferred zones are: Neuenheim, Bergheim, Handschuhsheim, Südstadt, Weststadt, Eppelheim, Pfaffengrund, Rohrbach, Dossenheim and Wieblingen.
My moving date is flexible, from 1 of December to 1 of January.
Additionally, if the flat includes a parking place it will be taken.
