25, Italian, PhD student at DKFZ, flat hunting

Hello!
My name is Leonardo Traini, I am a 25 years old guy from Italy. I will be a PhD student at DKFZ starting from October 16th and I am actively looking for a studio or a room to rent in a shared flat close to the city center or DKFZ!

About myself, I am someone very outgoing and active. I like sports (climbing and running), I love traveling and I also enjoy playing guitar. I also have a great sense of responsibilities. Indeed, I already lived in different countries (USA for 6 months, Scotland for 5 months and Sweden for 1 year and a half) and know how to behave in community. Moreover, I also adapt easily to new environments and people!

Preferentially I am looking for a private studio flat but I am also open to consider shared flats. In the latter case I am always up to share time together to listen to music, watch movies and TV series, cooking/sharing meals and playing the occasional board game while meanwhile respecting the personal space and moments of the other flatmates. I consider myself as being a clean person and as such I am looking for a flat where the common areas are kept clean and tidy and where tenants are working together to make the stay as fun and enjoyable as possible!

I will arrive in Heidelberg around October 10th and can come visit the apartment during that time.
