Studio apartment - 1 room

Hi all,

I will be starting my PhD studies in Jena (currently don't leave there) on the 1st of July and I plan to rent either a studio apartment or a room in a flat with more people. The maximum amount for the rent that I can pay is 250 - 270 euro, including the gas, electricity and other. I'd like it to be furnished (e.g. desk, bed, closet per least) and with access to the internet. Also, a kitchen with minimum utilities (stove) is needed, a washing machine, etc.
It would be great if it is located near to the city center/university or at least within reach through the local transportation system.
About me - I get a long good with others but like my privacy as well. When it comes to working, either in or out, I work a lot so I prefer silence and privacy, other than that I welcome some fine time with my apartment mates.

I don't smoke but don't mind smokers, prefer no pets in the apartment, and also would like not very large apartments/with many rooms.
