Master's Student in FH Aachen | Looking for 1 Room Apartment (up to max 450€) from 01.09.2019 for 2 years

Hi, all. My name is Ivan, I am 26 years old. I am newly enrolled master's student of Aachen University of Applied Sciences and DAAD scholarship scholar as well. I am looking for a neat and stylish flat/room in Jülich.

Few words about me. It would be overstated to say that I am highly sociable but I enjoy a good company and always try to take part in group activities whether it is sportive or communicative or both, like a beer drinking. My main hobby is music (D'Angelo and Jordan Rakei for instance), I love to listen to music as well as creating music (in my headphones without any noise ;) I am a polite person. Sometimes even too polite in a way that might irritate some talkative and openhearted people.

I am treating every place where I stay as my own home, make it cosy and keep it clean during my stay (if necessary I can prove it by the bunch of highly positive Airbnb reviews ;). Yeah, I am a Russian guy who loves Russian culture: literature, language, cultural code, memes at last. Luckily I do not like vodka and bears. Instead, I prefer Belgian Beer and dogs. I am going to study Nuclear Applications and a bit nervous because of my background as an HVAC engineer that is quite far from my future subject of study. But I am also looking forward to it because it is an interesting challenge.
