PhD student looking for accomodation for research stay

Hallo!

My name is Arnau Marco, I'm a 27 year old male PhD student from Barcelona (Spain) and I'm planning to move to Karlsruhe from 01/09/2023 to 1/12/2023 in order to do a research stay at KIT (Campus Nord). I'm a tidy and responsible person, I don't smoke and I in my free time I like exercising outside, playing videogames or just relaxing with a book, although during this period I should probably be writing my thesis. It is probably worth mentioning that my research group is willing to pay for my accomodation, so I think this would make things easier for both of us.

I am looking for an equipped apartment, with extra costs included (electricity, water, heating, WLAN...), and if possible, where parking my car was possible (just in the street is okay). With these conditions, probably my best option could be finding someone who is subletting their appartment, so if you are looking for someone who will take care of your appartment and won't give you any trouble, please consider me.
