1 room apartment for physics grad student Oct 2023

I am a 25 year old American male looking for a room to stay starting from (approximately) October 1. I am finishing a PhD in physics at the Institute for Beam Physics and Technology (IBPT), which should take about 3 years. I can be reserved, but am always open for new friends, conversation, and learning when I'm not at work. I am very musical (my main instrument is guitar) and will play with anyone and everyone. I also casually enjoy exercise of all kinds; recently I have enjoyed racquetball and basketball. I like to cook a few days of the week, but often just eat quick meals as well (I am looking forward to German bread and beer! Also kaffee und kuchen). I am also an orthodox christian and attend church.

Ich bin ein 25-jähriger Amerikaner, der ab dem 1. Oktober (ungefähr) ein Zimmer sucht. Ich schließe meine Promotion in Physik am Institut für Strahlenphysik und Technologie (IBPT) ab, was etwa 3 Jahre dauern sollte. Ich kann zurückhaltend sein, bin aber immer offen für neue Freunde, Gespräche und Lernen, wenn ich nicht bei der Arbeit bin. Ich bin sehr musikalisch (mein Hauptinstrument ist die Gitarre) und spiele gerne mit allen und jedem. Ich treibe auch gerne Sport, in letzter Zeit besonders gerne Racquetball und Basketball. An einigen Tagen in der Woche koche ich gerne, aber oft esse ich auch nur schnelle Mahlzeiten (ich freue mich auf deutsches Brot und Bier! Auch Kaffee und Kuchen). Ich bin auch ein orthodoxer Christ und gehe in die Kirche.
