My name is Hruthik Reddy Ashwatha Reddy, I am writing to express my interest in renting your property. I am currently a student at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology for my master's, majoring in Information and communication and I am expected to graduate in 2025.
I am looking for a place to live in this city and your property caught my attention as it is located in a convenient location for my classes and other activities. I am responsible, reliable, and respectful, and I will take good care of the property.
I am able to provide financial information, such as my income, and my ability to pay rent on time. I do not have any pets and I am a non-smoker. I am also a quiet tenant who will not disturb the neighbours.
I have previous rental experience, having lived in a rented apartment for four years while studying in India and about 2 months in Karlsruhe. I would be happy to provide references from my previous landlords if needed.
