search a studio apartment

My name is Xiaoyun Wang who is a 26-year old female from China. I am going to study for a doctorate in the institute of natural resource conservation in CAU. I will be there for about four years, which is the reason why I would like to find a long-term rental. My research direction is water environment. As for my source of income, I have got funding from China Scholarship Council which could cover my rent and living expenses.

I would like to rent the room from 01.02.2024. However, rental time is flexible, we can decide it through communication. The rent that I can afford up to 600€. We can have a online room-tour or meet up and see the apartment after 31. December. 2023 when I will arrive in Kiel.

I do not have pet and do not smoke, and do not like to hold a party. I prefer to join activists such as movie night, doing sports especially badminton and swimming. I am not good at cooking but I will study hard and look forward to making delicious food with others. If there is possibility, I will occasionally cook Chinese food for my foreign friends. I also like outdoor activities like city walking, hiking. I enjoy spending time with myself as well, I will listen to some music, play games and so on. It should just be a relaxed one with each other. Last but not least, I like to keep my room clean and tidy.
