My name is Negha Prakash, and I'm writing in response to your rental advertisement. This is to inform you that I'm 21 years old and I'm moving to Köln in order to pursue my master's in Strategic International Management at Hochschule Fresenius this fall. I would like to move in on September 18, and I'm looking for a longer-term stay and I would really appreciate it if you would have a look at my application and provide me further information. With regard to the rental, I can assure you that I have already been financed by the money that has been blocked for the complete year, so paying my rental every month wouldn't be a problem, and I would be punctual in paying them on time.
