Canadian/Finn Looking for a 1-bedroom Flat

I am a music teacher and english teacher. I have an interview with The Language Farm at the end of this month, to teach English at camps with children. I am also looking at online English teaching positions.

I am relaxed, responsible-minded and reliable. I do not party, so there is no risk of recklessness. I spend most of my free time reading, exercising, walking or producing music on my computer. When I play music it is on my acoustic guitar - I sing and play very quietly because that is my style.

I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat. I am not too picky other than living on my own.
