Looking for a 1 Room flat suitable for a student

Hello, My name is Hassan and I am 18 years old (turning 19 this October). I am an International student and I am looking to move to Leipzig as i got accepted to Leipzig University and hopefully enrolling soon. I am looking for an affordable 1 room flat in Leipzig, preferably close to the university and suitable for a student. I am looking to move in between 25 August and 5 september.

I am a very clean person, i take care of my personal belongings and space, so you can be assured that i will leave the place in a very good condition. I am also calm, freindly and open minded, i don't smoke or drink, and overall i would say i am a very responsible guy for my age and very ambitious about my dreams and future goals.
