International PhD Student - Looking for Flat from 01 June

I am an incoming Doctoral Student at the Institute of Molecular Biology (Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz), looking for a flat available to rent starting 01 June 2024. I am willing to rent for as long as my PhD employment Contract, which is a minimum of 3 years. I am also willing to sublet for a short-term period, so that I have a place to stay while I look for long-term options.

I am from the Philippines and 25 years of age. While I do enjoy socializing, most times I prefer to keep to myself. I am quite organized, and I very much value cleanliness and peace in a living space. I communicate well with others in order to avoid conflicts, and I consider myself responsible when it comes to housework as well as financial matters. I am respectful towards others and respectful towards the spaces that I occupy.
