Seeking long-term accommodation: 1 room with kitchen for an international master's degree student.

My name is Wei Teng Wu, and I am from Taiwan. (Currently still in Taiwan, waiting for my visa application.)

I will be attending the master's program at Universitätsklinikum Mannheim starting in September 2023. This program lasts for four semesters, which is a duration of two years. Therefore, I am seeking long-term accommodation during my studies, hoping that the location is not too far from the school and allows for registration (Anmeldung).

My father is an engineer, and my mother is a teacher, both of them have stable jobs and are willing to support me, so there’s no financial concerns. I am able to speak Chinese, English and a little of Japanese, and I am currently learning German. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and I maintain good habits. I am responsible and will take care of your property.

I would prefer to have access to a kitchen, and it would be even better if it includes a private bathroom and personal kitchen facilities.
