Sadly I am leaving my beautiful and bright appartment in Oststadt (mannheim).
The flat has one large room with a balcony directed to the west so you have the sun coming into the room for the afternoon.
Separate kitchen was renovated in 2012 with a large window and with all the needs.
the area is perfect: 7 minutes walk to the main station or 3 minutes by tram. the tram station (werderstrasse) is only 2 mins walk.
Very calm and decent place to live in for work or studying. Good parking possibility.
Same distance to the city center.
The appartment is ideal for singles and must be rented for a minimum period of 2 years.
