Master student in search for an apartment

I'm a 26 year old international student who is about to begin his master studies at Mannheim university. I'm going to be studying a management degree for 2 years and I'm therefore interested in a long- term contract. As a landlord you would be probably interested in the fact that my hobbies do not include partying and I never bring them home :). In addition to that I am very clean and orderly in everything I do, including the environment around me. My hobbies do include languages, swimming, hiking and investigating political and economic theories.

My perfect apartment would find itself not too far from the Uni of Mannheim, would be in a decent shape and most importantly it would be furnished. However, any offer can be valid considering as I try to consider these 3 aspects the value for money, quality and location.
