Hi everyone!

My name is Kelsey, I am 26 (F) and from the US 🇺🇸 (Florida)

I am a full-time Marketing Manager at an international company based in Munich and I am moving here for the job, and staying in Munich long-term.

Therefore, I need a place to live asap!

I am happy with a Studio apartment or a one-bedroom, since I will be living alone. I would like to move in on 1 February.

I would especially like to live near English Garden because I love running and working out in my free time.

More about me: I am clean, organized, and I do not smoke. I have a healthy lifestyle so I don’t drink often. I have been vegan since 2016. Besides running, I love hot yoga, reading on my Kindle, and spending time outside. I love animals, but I don’t have any pets. My new hobby while I’m in Munich will be learning German… lol

Your apartment would be very safe with me because anytime I feel stressed - I clean! :)

I need to have the Landlord's confirmation of residence paper (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung)

I can be a bit flexible with the move in date if it's more beneficial for you.

I have all of the documents ready (recent SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , proof of income, proof of rent payments, bank statements, etc.)
