I'm going to study master degree in the next 2 years in Paderborn University and I'm looking for a place to rent from 01/10/2015. It could be a 1 room or shared apartment.
Requirements:
Kitchen/Kitchenette furnished with sink, hotplates, fridge, washing machine(launderette in the building is also ok)
Bedroom: Bed, Wardrobe, Table/Desk
Internet connection is required (25Mbps).
It would be nice to have a balcony, but not required.
Undesirable: Textil flooring.
I expect the rent to include the building maintenance charges, water and electricity.
Contract in English or provided in advance.
