Looking for a a nice place to live in, quiet and cozy, and close to the university!

I am looking for a nice apartment that us close to the university, nice or quiet area and neighbors, small kitchen and furnished, something that i will be comfortable living in for a long period of time, and at the same time with a reasonable price.
I'm from israel so it can be difficult to see it before renting it but it's manageable and not impossible.
I am clean and i like hygiene, i look up for things and i don't mess up, non smoker, with no pets.
Anything that i can find i will immediately place an offer because i really do need a flat.
I can accept shared rooms too but unfortunately the system here didn't give me this option although i favorite it much more because of the all the free time I'll be having from my german language year..
Last but not least, I'm very serious about finding a modest apartment in passau, and i hope I'll find one soon.
