Request for apartment, doctoral researcher at MPI-SWS/UdS

I am Mihir Vahanwala, and I have started work as a doctoral researcher at MPI-SWS, UdS since October 2022. I am from India, and have recently graduated in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT-Bombay, Mumbai. Being a computer scientist, I am usually quiet and industrious. My hobbies include reading, writing and occasionally performing comedy, and listening and singing along to my favourite music. I speak English, Hindi and Marathi.

I am looking for a quiet and well-located apartment to come home to after a day at the office. I am single, do not smoke, and I have no pets. In particular, I prefer an apartment close to a bus stop and a supermarket. I prefer to cook simple meals, for instance, fried meat, several times a week. Thus, I would like an apartment equipped with at least a kitchenette. The inclusion of a washing machine and a dryer would be ideal, too.
