Looking for a quiet, private room

Hello everyone! I am an incoming international PhD candiate & research assistant in educational psychology. I will be starting my job at the Uni of Tübingen on Feb 1st, 2024. I am a friendly, open-minded, easy-going person who enjoys cooking, swimming, playing badminton, traveling, and meeting new people. I like to keep my living spaces clean and organized, and I am ready to share cleaning duties in common areas with my roommate(s). I am looking for a private bedroom that: is quiet, allowing me to do work and sleep well; comes with a private bathroom or shares with only 1 female; has furniture; is no smoking. I learned German for 5 years and am working on it.
